Emily was awesome! She was referred to me by my daughter and came highly reccomended. She was wonderful to work with. I had several comments on the listing that she prepared. How great the photos were and how nice of a write up she had about the property. We were thinking we wouldn' t sell it right away but 4 days after she listed it we signed the sellers agreement. She explained the whole process and answered all of our questions. She gave us great advice on how to market the home and it worked. So thankful we had her as our realtor.
Emily Smith was absolutely the best. Throughout the whole process I felt like I was her only client as she was so responsive, so attentative, and so helpful all the time. Emily made the process extremely easy and stress free, explaining anything I needed explained and assisting with all the logistical stuff that comes with purchasing a home.
